Tammie Jo Shults is a retired commercial airline captain, author, and former naval aviator. Known for being one of the first female fighter pilots to serve in the United States Navy, following active duty she became a pilot for Southwest Airlines. On April 17, 2018, as captain of Southwest Airlines Flight 1380, Shults safely landed a Boeing 737-700, saving 148 passengers, after the aircraft suffered an uncontained engine failure with debris causing rapid decompression of the aircraft. She retired from Southwest Airlines in 2020.

Most widely recognized for her service on September 11, Heather “Lucky” Penney was part of the first wave of women who went directly into fighters from pilot training. The first and only woman in the 121st Fighter Squadron, Heather deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom for initial combat operations as a night-time SCUD Hunter in the western deserts of Iraq, also supporting Special Operations Forces. She flew the F-16 for ten years before having to make the difficult decision to leave fighter aviation as a single mother. She then flew the special airlift mission and retired out of the Pentagon. For over ten years, Heather was a Director of various Air Force programs for Lockheed Martin, specializing in capture management, government relations, and strategic business development. She now is a Senior Resident Fellow for the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies at the Air Force Association, where she is an expert on defense policy issues related to airpower and the Air Force.

John Frederick Dryer is an American actor, radio host, screenwriter and former professional football player. John, best known as Fred, was a defensive end in the NFL for 13 years. He recorded 103 career sacks with the New York Giants and Los Angeles Rams. Participating in 176 games starting in 1969 until his retirement in 1981. Following his retirement from football, Dryer had a successful career as a film and television actor, notably starring in the series Hunter.

Bram Kleppner is the great-nephew of Amelia Earhart. He is CEO of Danforth Pewter, which designs, handcrafts, and sells home and personal accessories, and has led the company from declining sales and losses to growth and profitability through two recessions and the pandemic. At Danforth, Bram has instituted company-wide profit sharing and partially paid maternity leave, has gotten the company to 100% renewable electricity, and has put the company on the path to both zero fossil fuel use and employee ownership. He previously led International Marketing at Ben & Jerry's; and served as Board Chair at the Population Media Center; Co-Chair of Vermont’s Medicaid & Exchange Advisory Board; Member of the Governor's Advisory Council on Health Care Financing; and Member of the Vermont Tax Structure Commission. He holds an MBA from the Grossman School of Business at the University of Vermont, where he served as President of the MBA Association, and a BA with high honors from Middlebury College. He was the 2019 recipient of the Terry Ehrich Award for Lifetime Achievement in Socially Responsible Business.
